Student Grievance Cell
Bhimrao Pradhan College of Arts, Science & Commerce is committed to providing a conducive and fair environment for all its stakeholders. The institution believes in the principles of natural justice and the importance of resolving disputes in a timely and effective manner. In line with this commitment, the institution has established a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) to address and resolve grievances raised by its staff and students.
Objectives: The objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee are as follows:
1. To provide a platform for staff and students to raise their grievances.
2. To address and resolve grievances in a fair, impartial, and timely manner.
3. To promote a culture of openness, transparency, and accountability within the institution.
4. To ensure that grievances are resolved without fear of victimization or retaliation.
Composition: The Grievance Redressal Committee shall be composed of the following members:

Responsibilities: The Grievance Redressal Committee shall have the following responsibilities:
1. To receive and address grievances raised by staff and students.
2. To investigate grievances in a fair, impartial, and timely manner.
3. To provide an opportunity for the aggrieved person to be heard and present their case.
4. To make recommendations for the resolution of grievances.
5. To ensure that the recommendations are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
6. To maintain a record of all grievances received and their resolution.
Procedure: The Grievance Redressal Committee shall follow the following procedure for the resolution of grievances:
1. The aggrieved person shall submit a written complaint to the Chairperson of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
2. The Committee shall investigate the complaint and provide an opportunity for the aggrieved person to be heard and present their case.
3. The Committee shall make recommendations for the resolution of the grievance.
4. The recommendations shall be communicated to the concerned parties and implemented in a timely and effective manner.
5. The Committee shall maintain a record of all grievances received and their resolution.
Confidentiality: The Grievance Redressal Committee shall maintain the confidentiality of all grievances received and the identity of the aggrieved person shall not be disclosed without their consent.
Conclusion: The Grievance Redressal Committee is an important mechanism for promoting a fair, transparent, and accountable environment within the institution. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders to ensure that grievances are resolved in a timely and effective manner, without fear of victimization or retaliation.
